Residence Belvedere

All impromptu holiday to make the most of it and above all to leave a pleasant memory for our children; let's start with the apartment: dated and equipped with the bare minimum, bring everything from tea towels, detergents, salt, etc., in short, everything you need for the kitchen and the bathroom and if you find the pans like we did, also those. A very sore point of the bathroom is the shower, with curtain and no latch: to wash and wash a child, it was necessary to create a barrier on the ground with towels to prevent the bathroom from flooding. Let's say that in the end you can live together for a week putting your hand in your pocket to meet the indispensable needs. Where, however, I have not found a solution and to their beach: a lido which, unlike a free beach, has more umbrellas and sunbeds. NOTHING more and with a small child and even I mean for a woman, leaning on the bathroom of the nearby lido was not the best solution; like returning to the apartment with slippers and sandy feet. After a night with a little rain and wind, in the morning the sea gave us a show never seen before: an impressive foam both on the shore and in the water; according to the property, the local arpac has not imposed a ban on bathing, so I would say that in these cases it is better for their children to bathe. From that day on, our holiday continued by moving us around the area, to places and beaches not far away but truly equipped with every comfort and pleasure. Conclusions: holiday with a happy ending but with intentions and expenses (not a few) added to a sum already paid. PS: The three stars, one is a FREE.

Wonderful, well-kept and super clean place... we were there last weekend, courtesy and kindness of all the staff... I highly recommend this residence. The entertainment had already finished its season but the kids remained at the facility for the whole weekend and were really kind and friendly, even "off duty" Mrs. Anna, it may be a coincidence but the villages managed by the Annas are taken care of to the maximum, she is attentive and very scrupulous in everything.. Thanks for the nice holiday spent. The children's pools were top notch, especially the hours with the slides open.... they didn't leave a minute without using them....

We spent a very quiet weekend, I'm sorry to say that the declared wifi wasn't there, inside the apartment there is only one TV in the kitchen no bigger than 20 inches, and the air conditioning is unique for all rooms (in the kitchen ), basically in the master bedroom it was hot to death, the 80's style shower with the curtain flooding the bathroom... Final cleaning of the apartment only €70 when a cleaning lady costs €10 now... let's say that the price is quite disproportionate even if the location is good and the services are there.

I confirm all the previous reviews, the structure is very clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. The structure is about a kilometer from the sea but it must be said that it is not easily reachable on foot. The animation is very polite and cute. The beach is quiet with well-spaced sunbeds. We stayed for two weeks in July 2022. The residence is in an excellent location, surrounded by greenery. The owner Anna and the residence staff are always very courteous and helpful. The entertainment is very pleasant and the boys are always very attentive to guests' requests. I recommend this property, especially for families. Francesca

Structure equipped with all comforts in a strategic position near the center and the private beach. Very comfortable and punctual Internal shuttle service for transport to Sea. The staff of The structure is professional and very kind…ready to solve any customer need. To the Belvedere feels like home. I returned to Residence Belvedere after a long break of 10 years. I spent a wonderful week which only confirmed the wonderful memories I have always cherished. Everyone available and always present. Top cleanliness. The entertainment guys led by Pietro LODEVOLI... and then there is Mrs. Anna, a charismatic, sweet, warm and friendly woman who represents the added value of this magical place ❤
